General Description: The Castillo Roofing Project Lead will act as a representative for the company in a fashion that is based on our culture, purpose and core values of making every interaction an “Experience”. He/she will set up and maintain on site marketing materials, act as quality control inspector, secure the safety of the clients and their property, and manage the clients jobs throughout the process of doing replacement or repairs, or warranty repairs to the property of those clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be neat and clean in Castillo Roofing uniform when working with Castillo Roofing clients
• Must be professional and in line with the Castillo Roofing company culture, purpose and core values when working with Castillo Roofing clients
• Must be on time for appointments with prospective or current clients of Castillo Roofing
• Must communicate clearly and timely with Castillo Roofing clients and Castillo Roofing office personnel
• Must be a better listener than talker when working with Castillo Roofing clients
• Must be able to climb a ladder
• Must continue to educate themselves in our industry regarding installation techniques, application processes, product knowledge and all other areas pertaining to their job
• Ensure job profitability through job supervision
• Manage the on-site marketing visibility of jobs

Education/Requirements:

· Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.

· Bachelor’s Degree in business, management or other related field is highly preferred.

· Equivalent work experience is acceptable in lieu of college education

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Required:

· Qualified candidate will benefit from having experience with Microsoft Office.

Travel

No travel outside of Texas is anticipated unless for optional trainings and events. Travel to job sites in the region is required.

Environment

The position operates the majority of the time at job sites in the field, walking, climbing ladders, talking with people or in sometimes loud environments.
